Ingredients

  • 1 cup ripe mango, peeled and diced

  • 1 cup plain yogurt

  • 1/2 cup milk

  • 2 tablespoons honey or sugar (adjust to taste)

  • 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder

  • Ice cubes (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

Blend Ingredients:

In a blender, combine diced mango, yogurt, milk, honey or sugar, and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth and creamy.

Serve:

Pour the lassi into glasses. Add ice cubes if desired. Garnish with fresh mint leaves. Serve chilled.
